We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, beauty and personal care products are not eligible for return if opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned product.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
